In 1963, Danish architect Hans Bølling took on the challenge to design a simple and highly functional table which was easy to assemble and easy to handle. The result was a tray table prototype, made on Hans’ own wood-turning lathe in his basement. The accompanying Bølling Tray can be used in many ways. With two reversible sides made of high-pressure laminate plates, the tray can be used on each side for colour variation. The Bølling Tray is a part of the Bølling Collection and is available in several wood and color combinations. It is proudly crafted at Brdr. Krüger’s workshop in Værløse, Denmark.
