RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, the following returns and exchanges details are designed to make returns and exchanges easier.
Made to Order
An order that is Made to Order is defined as an item that has been ordered specifically for the customer. In these cases, the style, size, upholstery, finish, and other options have been ordered especially for you. Any Made to Order cancellations must be received and acknowledged within 48 hours of order placement. No cancellations will be accepted thereafter.
Objects + Lighting
Returns and exchanges for Objects + Lighting products will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full credit or refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging to our 35 Bond Street location, accompanied by either a packing slip or store receipt. The item's purchase price will be refunded in the original form of tender. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. All Sale, Custom Order, and Replacement items are non-returnable.
All antique furniture and accessory sales are final.
