modernlink offers Standard Shipping on items shipped via UPS. This includes smaller home accessories and objects. Delivery charges are based on the total shipping weight of your purchase. Please note that items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together.

Please note that all orders to non-contiguous states will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will arrive within 2-3 weeks.
Orders Shipping Outside of the U.S.A.
modernlink does not currently ship outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please note that UPS is unable to ship to Post Office Boxes.
Freight Service offers delivery of your order in its original packaging by one of our third party delivery partners to your doorstep and is calculated at 8% of your order total. These deliveries include any items that UPS is unable to deliver due to size, weight and/or fragility. If you live in an apartment and/or condominium, this delivery option will only deliver items as far as the front entrance of your building. Freight Service does not include delivery inside your home, unpacking or assembly so please plan accordingly. If you require additional service with the delivery of your purchase we suggest our White Glove Service option.
WHITE GLOVE SERVICE
White Glove Service includes a scheduled appointment from one of our certified White Glove Service partners and is calculated at 12.5% of your order total. The items from your order will be unpacked and put in place, assembled if necessary, and all packing materials removed. Please note, our White Glove Service partners are not bonded or insured for any wall mounting, structural modifications or electrical work. Delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks from your scheduled delivery date confirmation.
LOCAL NYC DELIVERY
Any non-UPS deliveries within New York City must be arranged with modernlink directly. Please contact us to receive a White Glove Service estimate.
PREPARING FOR DELIVERY
We want to ensure that your order is delivered successfully. For apartment buildings, condominiums, or homes with elevators, it is important to measure the elevator interior height, elevator opening and opposite wall distance to ensure that your furniture will fit inside. If your building has a freight elevator, please reserve it in advance for delivery. For non-apartment or condominium dwellers, please take note of the following important considerations regarding your purchase so that you can ensure a successful delivery:
- Will your purchase fit through all necessary doorways?
- Will your purchase fit up your stairway and through your hallway if necessary?
- Will your hallway size allow our delivery partners through with your purchase?
- Can a delivery truck easily access your home and are your driveway and sidewalk clear?
- Will your driveway hold a 26’ truck and if not, is street parking readily available?

During delivery, please inspect your furniture thoroughly and report any manufacturer's defect or damage to our delivery partner in order to resolve your claim as quickly as possible. Please refer to our Returns + Exchanges Policy for further details.
The delivery timeline of your order is largely dependent on the size of your order as well as the point of origin of the products within it. Although we do stock some of our collection, almost all of our products are Made to Order and are shipped from Europe. These lead times can occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs controls and changing freight schedules. If there are any immediate changes to the status of your order, we will let you know. We use different delivery partners for our delivery service depending on your location. Once your order is received at their warehouse, they will contact you to make delivery arrangements.
Standard Shipping orders that ship via UPS from our warehouse will include tracking information that can be found in your Shipment Confirmation email.
