Finn Juhl FJ Bowl

FJ Bowl is a part of the sought-after Teak wood bowl series that Finn Juhl designed in 1951. Hand turned by master woodworkers from a single piece of Teak, the bowl features the characteristic blend of organic shapes and balance between wood, form and geometric measurements that made Juhl famous. By contrasting the undulating pattern of the Teak wood with the rim, Juhl uses design to further reveal the natural properties of the material. Depending on what angle you look at it from, the bowl changes shape.

FJ Bowl is given a minimal Teak oil finish to bring out the wood’s warm colour and individual markings. This harmonious bowl is perfectly suited for everyday use, entertaining, or sculptural display.
